Postponement of CSRSWTC 2022 Conference
Dear experts, teachers and students: Thank you very much for your support of the Cross-Strait Wireless Science and Technology Conference. After study by the organizing committee, the meeting will be postponed to December 8-9, 2022. You are welcome to attend the meeting on December 7. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
2022 Cross Strait Radio Science and Wireless Technology Conference
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we warmly welcome you to join the 2022 Cross Strait Radio Science and Wireless Technology Conference (CSRSWTC 2022) in Beijing from Friday, 18 November 2022 to Saturday, 19 November 2022. CSRSWTC has been taken place annually in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao since 1998. It is an extraordinary platform for idea exchanging in the field of radio science and wireless communications.
Due to the travel restriction imposed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are going to organize the conference online and onsite. This may fulfil the various demands, and we are hoping to attract more submissions by providing the two methods of participation.
CSRSWTC 2022 is organized by relative laboratories or departments of 13 units, which are Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Communication University of China, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Capital Normal University, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, City University of Hong Kong, University of Macau, National Institute of Natural Hazards, Aerospace Information Research Institute (the Chinese Academy of Sciences) and National Space Science Center (the Chinese Academy of Sciences).

张平,中国工程院院士,北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师、网络与交换技术国家重点实验室主任,中国电子学会会士,中国通信学会会士,IEEE Fellow。张平长期致力于移动通信理论研究和技术创新,为我国自主技术成为国际主流做出了基础性的贡献。
Ping Zhang, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Ph.D. supervisor. He is a Professor of School of Information and Communication Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the director of State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, Fellow of Chinese Institute of Communication, and IEEE Fellow. He is one of the most well-known key contributors to the development of China-pioneered mobile communication technologies, which have been widely adopted on a global scale.
崔铁军,男,分别于1987年、1990年、1993年在西安电子科技大学获工学学士、工学硕士、工学博士学位,1993年留校任教。1995年至1997年,获得洪堡奖学金资助,在德国Karlsruhe大学任Research Fellow;1997年至2000年,在美国University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign作博士后研究,2000年至2002年,任该校研究科学家(Research Scientist)。2001年10月被聘为东南大学无线电工程系教授、博士生导师、教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授;2003年获得国家杰出青年科学基金。现为东南大学毫米波国家重点实验室主任、东南大学电磁空间研究院院长,东南大学首席教授,IEEE Fellow。是十二届全国人大代表,十三届江苏省人大常委,九三学社中央委员,中国科学院院士。
Tiejun Cui, male, received a bachelor's degree in engineering, a master's degree in engineering, and a doctoral degree in engineering from Xidian University in 1987, 1990, and 1993, respectively, and stayed in the school to teach in 1993. From 1995 to 1997, he received the Humboldt Scholarship and was a Research Fellow at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany; from 1997 to 2000, he did a postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States, and from 2000 to 2002, he was a research scientist at the school. In October 2001, he was appointed as a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Radio Engineering of Southeast University, and a distinguished professor of the “Changjiang Scholars Award Program” of the Ministry of Education; in 2003, he was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is currently the director of the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves at Southeast University, the dean of the Electromagnetic Space Research Institute of Southeast University, the chief professor of Southeast University, and an IEEE Fellow. He is a deputy to the 12th National People's Congress, a member of the 13th Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, a member of the Central Committee of the Jiusan Society, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
史生才,太赫兹超导探测器研究专家,中国科学院院士,中国科学院紫金山天文台研究员,博士生导师,中科院射电天文重点实验室主任,紫金山天文台学术委员会主任,“毫米波和亚毫米波技术实验室”首席科学家。

张宏科,中国工程院院士、IEEE Fellow, 北京交通大学教授,移动专用网络国家工程研究中心主任,主要从事新型网络体系与系统研究。曾主持承担两期973项目,提出了标识网络功能结构及解析映射机制,有效解决了复杂场景下网络高移动支持和高可靠传输难题。
Hongke Zhang is an Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering,IEEE Fellow, professor at Beijing Jiaotong University and the director of National Engineering Research Center of Advanced Network Technologies. His research interests focus on future Internet architecture and systems. As the Chief Scientist of national “973” project, he played a pioneering and leading role in the research, standardization and development of identifier-based networking, which addresses the challenges of high-speed and high-reliability network communication in specific complex scenarios.

LUK Kwai Man, professor, originally from Sanshui, Guangdong, was born in Hong Kong. Expert in Applied Electromagnetics. Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a chair professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, and the former director of the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves (City University of Hong Kong). He has been engaged in the research on the invention, analysis and application of new antennas for a long time. He has solved several key problems in the fields of microstrip antennas and dielectric resonant antennas, and is the founder of broadband magnetoelectric dipole antennas and L-shaped probe-excited microstrip antennas. Daozhi Zhang, Technical Director of Top Ten Technology Co., Ltd. (2018-), Chief Scientist of Lerong Group and President of New Product Development Research Institute (2016-2018). Professor Zhang's research fields range from wireless antennas and measurement systems to wired high-speed transmission lines. Therefore, in addition to nearly 30 patents, Professor Zhang has published more than 400 technical papers in scientific journals and scientific seminars. Professor Zhang founded the IEEE AP-S Taipei Chapter in 2001 and served as the first president. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the president of the IEEE MTT-S Taipei chapter and the chairman of the Republic of China Microwave Society. Guangyou Fang, researcher, doctoral supervisor. He successively served as the deputy director of the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the deputy director of the Institute of Aerospace Information Research. He has served as a member of the national 863 subject expert group, the chief scientist of the 973 project/transformative project, a member of the national major science and technology project—the second and third phases of the lunar exploration project demonstration team, a member of the national deep space and deep exploration special demonstration team, and the terahertz branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics Executive Deputy Director, Deputy Director of China Geophysical Technology Committee and other academic part-time jobs. Organized and implemented the lunar exploration project Chang'e series (CE-3/4/5/6, etc.) lunar radar, Tianwen-1 Mars exploration radar, 863/973/transformative projects, major instrument research and development projects, national defense weapon models and equipment, etc. A number of scientific research and equipment project research work. 吴健,电波环境国家重点实验室主任,原中国电波传播研究所所长。长期从事电离层物理、电波传播、空间环境监测技术等领域研究,攻克了电离层探测、电波与电离层非线性相互作用等一系列关键技术,在电离层新概念技术及应用方面取得原创性重大突破。
Jian Wu, director of the National key Laboratory on Electromagnetic Environment(LEME), ex-director general of China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation(CRIRP). He has long been engaged in the fields of ionospheric physics, radio wave propagation, and space environment monitoring technology. He has overcome a series of key technical problems such as ionospheric incoherent scatter radar, no-linear interaction between electromagnetic wave and the ionosphere, and has made major breakthroughs in the new concepts of ionospheric application.

Jinshu Wang, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, majoring in materials science. She is mainly engaged in the research of electron emission materials, energy materials and materials for pollution control. A number of research achievements have been widely cited and praised by international peer experts. She was awarded the Distinguished Professor of Chang Jiang Scholars Program by the Ministry of Education, China in 2015. She received National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2012. She got China Youth Science and Technology Award, Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Award-Beijing Youth ect. She has been selected into the National Hundred Thousand Talents Project, has made outstanding contributions to young and middle-aged experts, and received special government allowances from the State Council. She has won National, provincial and ministerial science and Technology awards. Prof. Wang is the author of over 300 peer reviewed journal (Adv. Funct. Mater., Appl. Catal. Jungang Miao, is currently the responsible professor of the electromagnetic field and microwave technology discipline and director of the Microwave Engineering Laboratory of Beihang University. Professor Miao Jungang has twice won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. Xuhui Shen, doctor of Science, doctoral tutor, second-level researcher. He is currently the chief scientist and deputy chief engineer of the "Zhangheng-1" electromagnetic monitoring satellite program, and the chief engineer of the National Academy of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control. The length of a submitted paper length is normally two pages with three pages at maximum. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

Paper Submission Guideline
Properly formatted papers (in pdf format) should be submitted electronically to the Online Submission System. The authors must agree to the copyright conditions available as part of the online submission process. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the CSRSWTC 2022 Technical Program Committee (TPC) except for papers in languages other than English or with unidentifiable characters. One registration would entertain the accepted paper up to two except for student registrations which will only entertain one accepted paper.
The recommended paper length is two pages, with three pages as a maximum. Submitted papers should be formatted for printing on A4 or 8.5x11-inch US standard paper, and camera-ready including figures. Related information is available in the conference website. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

In the final submission, authors are asked to use the IEEE PDF eXpress tool to generate compliant PDF files. Click on the link New Users - Click Here and fill in your information.
