Processes of final paper submission

The final paper submission of the 2023 Cross Strait Radio Science and Wireless Technology Conference (CSRSWTC 2023) is now open. Please revise/finalize your paper and submit it by October 29, 2023 with the specific requirements below. If any of the following conditions are not met, your paper may not be published or submitted to IEEE Xplore:

1. Finalize the paper by using the template which is available at http://www.myconf.com.cn/CSRSWTC2023SHU/Sessions.html Add authors’ names and affiliations. Add the Acknowledgement if necessary. Papers that do not meet the IEEE paper format requirements may not be submitted to IEEE Xplore (e.g. margins and format of authors’ names in references, etc.).

2. If you are not native-English speaker or not an experience English writer, please try to ask them to proofread your paper before you submit it since CSRSWTC is a professional conference in English.

3. Please add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document, the notice is: " 979-8-3503-5897-1/23/$31.00 ©2023 IEEE". Do NOT add page numbers to your paper；Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

4. Create the password as those for your initial paper submission; click on “Revise/Modify” in “Author Center” to update final version of your paper in the PDF format compatible with IEEE Xplore PDF specification. Check your PDF file(s) through IEEE PDF eXpress https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ with conference ID “60855X”. IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility.This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.

5. Complete CSRSWTC E-Copyright Form. Finish the IEEE Copyright Transfer Confirmation from ecopyright@ieee.org. (IEEE E-copyrights confirmation e-mails will be distributed to authors within 30 days). Use your account and password to log in to the submission system http://paper.myconf.com.cn/login?deptId=201 and click "Copyright" in "Paper Management" to Complete CSRSWTC E-Copyright Form.

6. Submit the final version of your paper electronically at http://paper.myconf.com.cn/login?deptId=201. Click "Final Submission" in "Paper Management" to upload your final paper.

7. Register the paper and present it in the conference or present it as a poster. If a paper is not presented at the conference, it will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore. (1-page abstract excluded)

8. The size of the PPT used in Oral is 16:9; the size of the poster is 0.8m*1.2m. Please print out the poster on your own, and the exhibition stand will be uniformly provided at the venue for your use.
